Freddy Yodi Shembo, General Director of the Agency for the Management, Coordination and Supervision of Conventions Agreements signed between the DRC and its private partners (APCSC). Married and father of three children, Mr. Freddy Yodi Shembo was born in Lubefu, in what is now Sankuru province, in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

After a remarkable academic career, Mr. Freddy Shembo obtained his law degree from the University of Lubumbashi in 1989, the following year, he was sworn in at the Mbuji-Mayi bar where he has been regularly registered as a career lawyer since 1990 to date.

He also practiced for three years, from 1990-1993, as an associate lawyer at the Firm Since 1994. Mr. Shembo is the Founder and Legal Representative of the Mount Carmel Churches, whose headquarters is in Charlotte, NC-USA; city of which he is an honorary member of the Mayor's Cabinet. Mr. Shembo is also a member of the International Programs Advisory Committee for the Central Pied Mont community College, in Charlotte NC-USA.

Between 2005-2019, Mr. Freddy SHEMBO was a consultant in the negotiation of natural resources contracts between the Central African Republic “CAR” and the GERIZIM TECHNOLOGY group, based in Dallas, USA. In 2017, he obtained a Masters and PhD degrees, from Trinity Theological Seminary, Newburgh in Indiana, USA. Doctor in Leadership and Business Management, in 2021, at Achievers Christian University, Georgia, USA.

Before his appointment as head of the APCSC, Mr. Freddy Yodi Shembo Has been, since 2019 a holder of a Special Mandate as Consultant to the President’s Cabinet with a mission of prospecting investments for the development of the DR Congo.
