Mr. Nkenda P. Nzinga is the US Representative and Deputy Director of the Agency for the Management, Coordination and Supervision of Conventions Agreements signed between the DRC and its private partners (APCSC), based in Washington DC.


Before his appointment as Representative of the APCSC Mr. Nzinga has been working as an international business consultant, Network Engineer and Chairman of PNZ Group, under his leadership, PNZ Group has worked on many projects across multiple sectors and countries for public and private sector clients. Those who have worked with Mr. Nzinga know his dedication, professionalism, and strong commitment to excellence. Mr. Nzinga works closely with clients to ensure clear and effective communication, while optimizing productivity.

He carries over two decades of extensive experience consulting on numerous projects in the mining, oil and gas, real estate, banking, import-export, international trade, infrastructure, and agriculture sectors. He has also collaborated with many other international partners in the public and private sectors. Mr. Nzinga helps his clients comply with government policies and regulations in the above-mentioned countries. Mr. Nzinga holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a minor in Business Administration, and a Consulting Diploma from USIDHR.

He speaks Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish.
