Libya is North Africa’s powerhouse, producing 1.4 million bpd at the end of 2024. Aiming for 2 million bpd of oil and 4 bcf of gas per day, Libya is actively engaging IOCs and independents to revitalize and grow its upstream sector, while investing in critical infrastructure.
